Admission Offers - September 2022 Entry

March 1st 2022 - Essex County Council have now notified parents and carers of the allocated secondary school for their child/children starting Year 7 in September 2022.

Essex County Council have issued the following information regarding appeals:

If you have been refused a place at any school for which you applied, you have the right to appeal to an independent appeal panel. Appeals must be lodged within 20 school days of being refused a place. There is no guarantee of success with any admission appeal. We, therefore, advise you not to refuse the school place offered until you have secured another place for your child’s education.

Admissions September 2022

Parents and Carers of Year 6 pupils  have to consider their child’s secondary school place for September 2022. This is a key decision in the life of any child.

If you attended our Open Evening, we trust that you enjoyed your time touring the school, experiencing our fantastic facilities and meeting our outstanding team of teaching and support staff.

To apply for a Year 7 place at Clacton County High School please follow this link to Essex County Council Online Admissions system.

Please note the deadline for secondary school applications is the 31st October 2021.Applications must be completed online and you should check that you receive an email confirming your application has been received. Schools should be listed in preferential order, placing Clacton County High School first on the list if you wish your child to attend our school

All applications for secondary school admission in September 2021 must be made by 31st October 2020 by following the application process outlined by Essex County Council on their website - HERE
Late submissions may not be able to gain a place at CCHS.
